EXPRESS SHIPPING - NEW ZEALAND WIDE
At AcuShop, we prioritise fast, reliable delivery to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, wherever you are in New Zealand.
Courier pickups occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We partner with GoSweetSpot for all deliveries, with daily pickups from our warehouse. The final pickup is at 2:00 pm, so orders placed after this time may be dispatched the following business day.
You’re welcome to include any delivery instructions or request a signature-required delivery in the order notes at checkout.
Once your order has been collected and scanned by the courier, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates vary depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.
All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Oversized Items (e.g. treatment tables, portable tables, heat lamps)
Shipping for oversized items is calculated at checkout, based on your location and the size of the item.
Delivery Speed:
- Auckland: Possible same-day delivery; otherwise, anticipate delivery on the next business day.
- North Island: Overnight, arriving the next business day.
- South Island and Rural: An additional 1-2 business days may be required.
Liability: Neither GoSweetSpot, its carriers, nor AcuShop are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged, or lost after delivery.
